Mindfulness Working on Vulnerabilities
Mindfulness – Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being aware of what you are feeling in the moment. It helps to cultivate awareness and brings focus to thoughts, feelings and sensations occurring in the present moment. Many people who have practiced mindfulness report improvements in mood, stress level, and overall quality of life. This topic will be covered over three workshops: (1) Meditation, (2) Self-care, and (3) Working on Vulnerabilities.
Mindfulness-Working on Vulnerabilities
The primary focus is on building resilience and developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live our daily lives. We will look into identifying shame and how it holds us back as well as developing a gratuitous practice.
