Ryan is highly regarded as a senior executive leader and expert in change and transformation strategies in Financial Services Corporations enabling them to modernise business processes and focus on client experience. He has a proven track record in growing successful businesses through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), technology and change programs.
Ashutosh has an extensive professional career spanning over 25 years. Well known for his subject matter expertise, leadership skills and ability to achieve business results. He is currently heading the Cybersecurity Team at IOOF Holdings Ltd, based in the head office in Melbourne. His area of expertise is in the areas of cyber / information security, ICT governance, technology risk management, compliance and strategic IT planning.
His experience in leading teams is demonstrated through numerous Information Security and GRC advisory projects, in industry verticals such as Federal and State Government, financial services, healthcare, transport as well as SMB. Ashutosh has led various work programmes such as policy development, cloud risk assessments, ISM/PSPF compliance audits, APRA PPG234 reviews, cybersecurity assessment and advice, ISO 27001 / ISMS preparedness and security architecture reviews. Since 2011, he has served as a Board member and Chairman of the Risk & Compliance Committee of SCC Vic, one of the largest aged care providers in the State of Victoria. He has also been a board member of ISACA Melbourne Chapter since 2010 and is currently the Vice President.
Dr. Abraham’s research and development experience includes more than 27 years in the industry and academia. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Ajith works in a multi-disciplinary environment involving machine (network) intelligence, cyber security, sensor networks, web intelligence, scheduling and data mining applied to various real-world problems. He has given more than 100+ conference plenary lectures/tutorials and has been invited to present seminars/lectures in over 100 universities around the globe.
Dr. Rajkumar Buyya is a Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also serving as the founding CEO of Manjrasoft, a spin-off company of the University, commercializing its innovations in Cloud Computing. He has authored over 750 publications and seven textbooks including “Mastering Cloud Computing” published by McGraw Hill, China Machine Press, and Morgan Kaufmann for Indian, Chinese and international markets respectively. Dr. Buyya is one of the highly cited authors in computer science and software engineering worldwide (h-index=138, g-index=307, 104,000+ citations). Software technologies for Grid, Cloud, and Fog computing developed under Professor Buyya’s leadership have gained rapid acceptance and are in use at several academic institutions and commercial enterprises in 50 countries around the world.
