Completing the wholesale operations certificate with VIT several years ago gave me the practical skills I could apply immediately, and also the thirst for more knowledge and career progression. I rapidly advanced from a wholesale account manager into national operations, sales and marketing roles. I’ve since also progressed into general management and more recently CEO roles. If you want to show up as your best self, you have to feed and grow your mind and your thinking. Even today – I’m still undertaking formal and informal studies
